Hai.. today.. i really need to talk about efficiency….
For my colleagues who read this entry.. just an opinion to be shared…
Pls improve your working skill..

1. Standard Reporting
2. Faxing documents
3. Emails –> This one has been stressed out by En Nordin.
4. Answering phone
5.

I’m not saying that i’m very good… but at least i’m not asking for anybody’s help to fax documents, write memo.. n others..

So, Let discuss it one by one..

1. Standard Reporting –> please report any of your job, to your immediate superior first.. then.. if it’s not work… report to your second immediate superior..

2. Faxing Document –> even a SPM student know how to fax.. just.. follow the instruction on the fax machine.. it’s very simple..

I’m glad……… so glad.. this website at google search….

But, so bad, no search result in yahoo search.. haha.. going to work hard to make sure it will came out eventually.. wish me luck

Just wanna share this website.. http://www.thefreedictionary.com , for me.. the one that not very good in english vocab.. it is very useful, since i’m doing the subtitle.. it is good for me to find a website like this.. it’s also include Bahasa Pasar meaning and other languages…

You also can find idioms, thesaurus or even medical & science dictionary. It is also provided with pictures and WITH PRONOUNCIATION…

Actually.. its not quite dark la.. the weather is good… not so hot.. i think this week is quite a cold week, always rain.. best ..

Today, starts the work with something bad…hehe
My boss sulk.. hmm… actually, my boss because he thought that he’s working alone… poor him….

He ’s new.. maybe it is quite a shock when he have to face with something like what he said.. complaints… everyday complaints…. every minutes.. every seconds.. we have to be ready to face the complaints..

For me.. if the customer have complaints about our work.. we have to investigate.. not all of the complaints is our faults.. rite!! sometimes they also didn’t know what they are doing.. they like to get infos from sources that not reliable.. not planning their sales.. hmm… rite!!

Happy April. one more month to come. hmmm… plan… get thinner..  hahahahah wish myself luck.

Ciss.. i’ve to work on Saturday. while everybody else is only working from Monday to Friday. It’s not fair.. definitely not fair… if we on leave on Saturday, our annual leave will be deducted as one day…. so UNFAIR .. we still have 14 days annual leave like everybody else… Damn..
